Initiate Your Request
Log into your ONYC account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
